At the time of writing your mortgage we will incorporate the following services within the application process, which are:-

1. Submit your mortgage application to the relevant lender.  Once we have received confirmation, i.e. mortgage offer, we would then take you through the following steps to ensure that you get on to the best start.

• Instruct our in house conveyance team to quickly complete the mortgage transaction.
• Whilst our conveyance team are finalising this, we will also submit an application on your behalf for relevant energy services to be provided into your new home by the most cost effective supplier for your postcoded area (details can be found on our site under the Energy Supplies link).

• Similtaneously, a further two applications will be submitted to provide Broadband and Telecommunications into your new home (relevant details can be found on the site under Broadband and Telecommunication links.) By this time we should also be looking at household insurance as the conveyance team will require this prior to completion because, this will be a condition of your mortgage offer, so the group will attach the best household cover for you with a competitively priced premium.  Although life Insurance is not a condition of your mortgage advance, it is recommended by the group that you do take this valued cover out please see under the life section of our site for further information.

• Mortgage Protection better known as MPPI is another area of protection that you should consider especially if you are a self-employed individual however, we will not initiate Life cover or MPPI unless we are specifically requested to do so but advice concerning this would be given to you throughout your application process.
