The media are at it again; their constant bombardment of negativity for the property markets have once again worried people on the property ladder, and those wishing to get onto it.

Lynx Estates have been out and about and speaking with potential home buyers, developers, and people currently on the property ladder; and it would appear that because of this frenzied attack on the housing market, genuine house buyers have deliberately held off from purchasing due to the manner in which the property market is currently being portrayed by what the industry considers to be savage killers of peoples hopes and dreams. 

Britain has faced this crisis before, and no doubt it will face it again but for Britain to view that everything that is currently being portrayed within the papers to be written by the hand of God, then Britain ought to fine tune itself and become accustomed to the reality of business as a whole. 

Somedays are good, and somedays are bad but, that does not mean that we should all close shop and go home just because it's been a bad day.  There is only one way to get out this mess, and that is for everyone to understand that, on a balance of probabilities it would be reasonable to state that the property market will bounce back up again, and only consumer buying/confidence can break the wicked spell.

Lynx Estates prediction is that; there has never been a better time to buy, and for those who are currently sitting on negative equity, we know how difficult it is for you at this present time, but only consumer confidence will put the spring back into the property market.

It is very easy to say that those who are sitting on negative equity should ride this rough wave out because, the economic balance for this industry sector will restore itself in the fullness of time, and automatically place you in a lot calmer waters. 

Only the confidence of Britain as a whole can counter this negativity by being proactive and having faith in a market that has created millionaires and multi millionaires over and over again, and we have every faith that the same market that is currently under attack by the media will continue in doing so. We are a nation that panics, and the media thrives on it because they're an industry that has to promote paranoia in order to sell their tabloids.  

Property developers/sellers are offering some really fantistic deals out there, go out and get them!
